Our convention Y

Convention Y was created to allow us rewarding you as introducing us with a vendor you know. It guarantees your part of the commission upon exchanged of the property.

Would you like to earn €3500?

We offer 10% referral fee by introducing us to a vendor that you know. Our average fees are €35000, so your pay out would be €3500 at the exchanged of the property.

You only have to fill up a short form to secure yourself, then we do the rest and let you know each time we’ve reach a step in the process. Once the property has exchanged, you receive your fees.
